Glamarama is six-member band playing unashamed (glam)rock music from the 70s – think Sweet, Slade, T-Rex, Status Quo, Abba, David Bowie, Alice Cooper and many more. So if it's the 70s you're after, it's gotta be Glamarama!

Although the band has only been in existence for 18 months or so, Glamarama is actually made up of routine and experienced musicians from the Copenhagen music scene:

Pete Westbrook: vocals and rhythm guitar
Lars Ole Nielsen: lead guitar
Peter Stryg: drums
Torben Mortensen: bass
Anne Stadil: backing vocals and percussion
Inge Stadil: backing vocals and percussion

The accent is definitely on fun and reliving the time when (some of us) were pre- and early teens in the 1970s and style was defined by the width of your flares or the shackiness of your jeans. Hair was long, feathered or layered and glam, glitter and cheescloths shirts were the order of the day!
